Chris Beauchesne
CHAIR
My Name is Chris Beauchesne. I was born and raised in Greater Napanee. I now live here with my partner Josh and our daughter Olivia. Greater Napanee Pride is a cause very close to our hearts. Josh and I were the first to bring this cause to town council. We feel very strongly that citizens who feel safe and supported give back to their community. We felt that Greater Napanee needed this cause to support a group that has historically been silenced in this community. I look forward to the amazing things Greater Napanee Pride will do for this community, and its citizens.

Tiffany Lloyd
VICE CHAIR
Tiffany owns and operates a social media management company based in Greater Napanee. At heart, she is a community activist on a mission to build stronger and more vibrant communities. In her spare time, she dedicates her energy to organizations, events, and initiatives that work towards achieving that goal.
Becoming a trustee on the Limestone District School Board has been a significant milestone in her life’s journey thus far. Committed to transforming the educational landscape, Tiffany is dedicated to bringing about constructive changes to the process while creating a more welcoming and inclusive environment for all students.
Tiffany has come to fully appreciate the unique challenges faced by the 2SLGBTQIA+ youth of Greater Napanee, along with a growing need for better 2SLGBTQIA+ representation within Napanee. This recognition motivated her to join the grassroots initiative that eventually became Greater Napanee Pride. Between 2022 and 2023, Tiffany was the organization’s treasurer and is currently the vice chair.
At home in Napanee, Tiffany cherishes her quality time with her family.

Elizabeth Wainwright
YOUTH REPRESENTATIVE
My name is Elizabeth Wainwright, and I'm a proud queer, Indigenous Anishinaabe mom. I've been with Napanee Pride since the first meeting, when we were just a small Facebook group!
I was raised in New Brunswick and lived in Kingston for 14 years before Napanee became my home seven years ago. My proudest accomplishments so far would have to be painting a pride picnic bench by the waterfall with my family and taking part in organizing Napanee’s inaugural Pride Festival.
I'm passionate about and excited to be part of amplifying voices, advocating, furthering community knowledge, and empowering the people in our LGBTQIA2S+ communities!!

Erica Emm Mars
I'm 63, and love the outdoors and hate winter weather. And because of my health, spend a lot of time inside so when the warm weather comes, I'm hardly at home. I'm on the board for the federal liberal party of Canada for our area, as well as a director for the provincial liberal association for Hastings Lennox Addington and Tyendinaga Township. I have recently become a board member on the Pride board. For the past six years, I have on my own been trying to make Napanee a safe, stigma free place for 2SLGBTQIA members of my community, and becoming a board member for the Greater Napanee Pride will one day help create a safe place for everyone.
