We are honoured to bring you Pride events year after year but we can not do it alone.

We need dedicated and passionate members who are willing to put in the time and work needed to make Pride Day, and other events throughout the year, possible.

I affirm that I am committed to ongoing education about the diverse identities within the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, using inclusive language, respecting individuals' chosen names and pronouns, and fostering an environment that celebrates diversity.

On this committee I will commit to creating a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment for everyone, providing services with dignity, empathy, and respect. Any actions, comments, or behaviours that could cause discomfort, harm, or exclusion based on a person's sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression are unacceptable in my role.

If Greater Napanee Pride receives a complaint that my conduct promotes homophobia, transphobia, or biphobia or has made anyone feel unsafe, judged, or uncomfortable when interacting with any member of the organization or community, I understand that I may be removed from the committee directly following the report.”
