Join Our Volunteer Team for Greater Napanee Pride!

Each year, dedicated volunteers come together to make the Greater Napanee Pride events a reality. Whether it's for a few hours during our festival or at various times throughout the year, your help brings our community closer. No previous experience is needed, and we'll provide all the necessary training to get you started.

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

Setup crew: Help us get Pride ready before the celebration begins, including tables, tents, signage, activity areas, and other event essentials.

Teardown team: At the end of the day, we need helping hands to pack up supplies, take down tents and signage, and leave the space clean and organized.

Runners: Be our go-to people throughout the day, helping carry supplies, deliver messages, solve small issues, and keep things moving smoothly.

Vendor support: Help vendors and community booths get parked and settled and help answer questions.

General event support: From lending a hand where needed to helping us respond to the unexpected, volunteers play a huge role in making the day welcoming and successful.

All volunteers will receive a free volunteer shirt and lunch as a thank you for helping make Pride happen.
